氨气敏电极在沼气发酵中的应用

A Method for Determination of NH_3 in Firedamp Fermentation by Ammonium-Gas-Sensitive Electrodes

本文提出用氨气敏电极快速测定沼气发酵中氨的方法。本方法不需对样品进行预处理,操作简单,六次平行测定的结果表明,相对标准偏差为2％。用本方法和蒸馏法对样品进行对照测定,结果一致。

The ammonia comes from firedamp fermentation has been determined by ammonium-gas-sensitive electrodes with satisfactory results. The method is not only simple, but also quick and accurate in response. The samples need no pre-treatment. Six parallel determinations are carried out. The results show the relative standard deviation is of 2％, agree to those obtained by distillation method.
