摘要
用回转粘度计测定不同醇解度PVA的水溶液及其共混液、不同醇解度PVA与PVC的共混乳液、以及PVA与PVC乳液以不同混合比所组成的共混液的粘度,采用计算机回归出流动曲线,并求得粘流活化能,找到了一些规律,在理论和实践上,对维氯纶纺丝原液的制备有参考意义。
Polyvinyl Alcohol(PVA) with different saponification degree (SD) was used to prepare its solutions. The viscosity of the solutions and the blend solution, blend emulsion of such PVA and PVC as well as blend emulsion of PVA and PVC with different mixing ratio was determined by using viscosimeter of RV-Ⅱ type, the flow curves of these samples were drawn by computer regression. Furthermore, the viscoflow activation energy of different samples was found out. Some rules were obtained and explained, which may be valuable to the theory and practice for preparing PVA-PVC fibre spinning solution
