摘要
针对我国房地产市场存在产品结构失衡、价格偏高、住房二级市场发育滞后、物业管理落后、购房纠纷频繁等诸多问题 ,提出规范市场秩序 ,加速结构调整 ,挖掘市场潜力 ,扩大市场容量 ,加强金融监管 ,促进房地产市场健康发展等对策。
This paper focuses on such problems in the real estate market in China as unbalanced product structure, unreasonably high prices, lagged development of secondary market, poor property management, and frequent disputes in home purchases. Solutions to such problems include standardizing the market, speeding up restructuring, tapping market potentials, tightening financial supervision, and promoting the healthy development of real estate market.
