摘要
太钢集团临汾钢铁有限公司中板厂采用蓄热式燃烧技术对 2号加热炉进行了改造,以提高热能利用率,减少环境污染。综述了蓄热式燃烧技术在临钢中板厂连续式加热炉的开发应用情况,介绍了蓄热式燃烧中的供风、煤气、换向控制等主要系统的结构和技术特点。摘 要 太钢集团临汾钢铁有限公司中板厂采用蓄热式燃烧技术对 2号加热炉进行了改造,以提高热能利用率,减少环境污染。综述了蓄热式燃烧技术在临钢中板厂连续式加热炉的开发应用情况,介绍了蓄热式燃烧中的供风、煤气。
Heavey Plate Mill of Linfen Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. of TISCO uses the regenerative combustion technology to reconstruct the No.2 heating furnace in order to improve energy efficiency and to eliminate environment pollution. The paper generally introduces the development and applications of the regenerative combustion technology in the continuous heating furnace of heavey plate mill,illustrates the structure and the characteristics of the mind systems such as providing wind,gas,reverse control,etc in the regenerative combustion.
