碳分母液回收物的综合利用

摘要 通过对烧结法氧化铝生产中碳分母液的进一步处理,所得回收物经物理化学分析得知,主要有:氢氧化铝、铝硅酸钠、等物相。根据其形成机理及特性,可充分利用来制备固体铝酸钠和提镓精矿,固体铝酸钠可在水处理、造纸业等领域大量应用。提镓精矿用高浓度种分母液处理可以很好地实现镓与铝的分离。如果将此回收物加入拜耳法种分系统中,则可降低溶液的 αk 改善其分解制度。 After further treatment on the pregnant liquor of CO2 precipitation in alumina production of sintering process, some Rinds of phases are found by physical and chemical analysis on the recovered materials. The gallium and aluminum can be satisfactorily separated form the fine ore after it is processed with high concentration pregnant liquor from seed precipitation. If the recovered materials are added in seed precipitation system of Bayer process,αk in the solution can be reduced and precipitation system can be improved.
