员工金钱心理特征及其与工作压力感关系研究 被引量：6

摘要 运用自编问卷"金钱心理问卷"和标准化问卷"状态—特质焦虑问卷",在上海、南京、西宁三个城市随机抽样调查企业管理人员204人。研究发现,金钱不满者比金钱冷漠者和金钱崇拜者具有更高的状态焦虑和特质焦虑;高状态焦虑者更为显著地把金钱视为万恶之源,花钱也不作精打细算;越是视金钱为邪恶根源的人,其在工作中越容易体验到愤怒、生气、不高兴或烦恼等负性情绪;越是认为金钱是好的、承认金钱价值的人,其在工作中越不容易生气。
