宁夏鲜食葡萄产业的现状、问题及发展对策

Present Situation, Problems and Countermeasures on Developing Table Graps Industry in Ningxia

介绍了近期国内外葡萄产业概况以及鲜食葡萄生产特点和发展趋势 ,对宁夏鲜食葡萄产业现状进行了分析 ,指出宁夏鲜食葡萄的面积和产量仅占全国 1 98%和 0 5 6 % ,还有继续发展的空间 .提出了在科技、产业政策为依托的前提下 ,实施品种栽培区域化 ,充分利用我区大陆性气候所具有的“积温增值”作用 ,实施质量控制的采前、采后标准化的“定向栽培”技术 ;发展果农合作组织 ,提升鲜食葡萄的产业化水平 ;对我区鲜食葡萄产业化发展和应重视的问题 ,提出了六条具体建议供有关方面参考 .

The paper introduced the present survey of grape industry, production characteristics and development trend of table grape in the world and the table grape industry in China, and pointed out that in Ningxia there are only 1.98% of total area and 0.56% of total yield in whole country, and put forward it was necessary that depended on grape industry policy and technology when actualized the mode of region growth on variety, standardization ‘directional planting’ at growth period, and treatment on post harvest, and also the effect of ‘increment value of accumulated’ of continental climate was considered, the cooperate organization of fruit grower should be established and supported, at last, put forward 6 suggestions for relative departments on how to develop table grape industry in Ningxia municipality.
