Effect of Powder Feeding Rate on the Structure and Property of Laser-Clad Coating

在大量实验基础上,研究了激光熔覆过程对熔覆层组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明,随粉末送给率的增加,熔覆层厚度增加,熔覆层组织细化,熔覆层的硬度变化不大。

The effect of powder feeding rate on the structure and property of a laser-clad coating was studied. The results show that with the increase of the powder feeding rate, the cladding layer gets thicker, its structure finer and its hardness changes slightly only.
