Research on Lubrication during Drawing the Thin Stainless Steel

基于不锈钢产品拉深成形时由于摩擦造成表面缺陷的原因,提出了采用合适的润滑剂,以消除产品表面缺陷,并延长模具寿命。

On the basis of the reason of defects in surface of the stainless steel because of friction during drawing, this paper proposes how to select suitable lubricating liquid to eliminate marks of the product s surface and prolong die life-span.
