摘要 将非完全消化法应用于火焰原子吸收光谱法 ,成功地测定了芦荟中的微量锰、锌。在低温下用高氯酸 硝酸 (1∶3,V/V)混合酸消解样品 ,再用乳化剂OP溶解消解过程中产生的油脂而配制成均匀、透明的样品溶液。以磺基水杨酸作为锰的释放剂 ,以空白溶液为参比 ,用工作曲线法测定。测定结果的相对标准偏差 <1 4 % ,测定结果与灰化法一致 ,相对误差± <1 7%。方法简便。 The noncomplete digestion method has been used to flame atomic absorption spectrometry for successfully determining trace manganse and zinc in aloe.The aloe sample was digested in mixed acid of HClO 4 HNO 3(1∶3, V/V ) under low temperature.The fat produced during the digestion process was dissolved by adding emulsifier OP,to make a homogeneous and transparant solution of the sample.Sulfosalicylic acid was used as releasing agent for manganese.The working curve method was applied,and blank solution was used as reference.The relative standard deviations were less than 1.4%.The determination results of this method were consistent with those obtained by ashing method.The relative errors were less than ±1.7%.This method was convenient and accurate.
