环己烯基环己酮催化合成邻苯基苯酚的研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了环己烯基环己酮用合成的Pd C催化剂气相催化脱氢制邻苯基苯酚 ,反应温度 ,表面酸碱性、空速等条件对反应有影响。同时设计试验了Ni、Cu负载于Al2 O3 上的催化剂用于脱氢反应。在一定条件下 ,以Pd C作催化剂 ,产物中邻苯基苯酚含量可高达 78%。 Dehydrogenation catalysts Ni,Cu(supported on Al 2O 3)were used in the study of o cyclohexenylcyclohexanone by catalytic dehydrogenation to manufacture o phenylphenol under atmospheric pressure in vapor phase.Compared to Pd C catalyst,the dehydrogenating activity of several catalysts was obtained.In a tubular fixed bed micro reactor for measurement of catalytic vapor phase reactions,the effects of Pd C catalyst in reaction temperature,acidity and basicity on the catalyst surface,reaction space speed were studied.It was found that in a certain reaction condition the yield of o phenylphenol could reach 78%.
