摘要
研究了以苯甲醛为原料 ,经Perkin反应 ,甲酯化 ,合成 3 苯基丙烯酸甲酯的工艺。重点研究了酯化反应 ,考查了催化剂的种类、酸醇物质的量比、反应时间、催化剂的用量及催化剂的性能对反应的影响。酯化反应以固体超强酸TiO2 /SO2 -4为催化剂 ,酯化反应最佳条件为 :n3 苯基丙烯酸∶n甲醇 =1∶8,催化剂用量 0 4g ,反应温度 90~ 95℃ ,反应时间 6h ,酯化收率为 96 3%。此方法具有操作简便、反应条件温和、对环境友好。
The synthetic technology of methyl 3 phenylacrylate through the Perkin reaction and methylesterification using benzaldehyde as starting material,and laying particular emphasis on esterification were studied.The effects of catalyst of different kinds,reactant ratio,reaction temperature,property and quantity of the catalyst on the esterification were discussed.The solid superacid TiO 2/SO 2- 4 was used as catalyst in the esterification.The optimized esterification conditions were n 3 phenylacrylate acid ∶ n methanol = 1∶8 ,TiO 2/SO 2- 4 0 4g,reaction temperature 90~95℃.This method had the merits of operational simplicity,high yields,non pollutive.The yield of the esterification was 96.3%.
