重庆城口县农村小康目标实现的障碍及途径分析

BARRIERS TO THE REALIZATION OF THE GOALS OF BUILDING A WELL-OFF SOCIETY IN THE RURAL AREAS OF CHENGKOU COUNTY AND APPROACHES TO THE REALIZATION OF THE GOALS

以经济学、生态学原理和可持续发展原则为基础 ,分析了城口县农业经济现状及发展中存在的问题 ,建议以制约农村经济发展的瓶颈因素为突破口 ,进行统筹布局、合理规划 ,采取综合措施 ,以求实现城口农村社会的可持续发展 ,并提出了实现农村小康目标的可行性途径。

Based on the principles of economics, ecology and sustainable development, this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural economy in Chengkou county and the existing problems in its development. Some bottleneck factors constraining the development of agricultural economy are outlined. It is recommended that overall planning, rational arrangement and comprehensive approach be practiced so as to realize a sustainable development of agriculture in Chengkou. Some feasible approaches are offered for the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in the rural areas of Chengkou.
