我国投资项目评估中存在的问题及对策研究

STUDY ON PROBLEMS AND POLICIES IN INVESTMENT PROJECT APPRAISAL IN CHINA

我国正处于经济大发展时期 ,资金短缺问题十分突出。改革投资项目决策机制 ,增强投资项目评估工作的科学性 ,对于充分用好有限资金 ,促进经济发展有重要意义。论文就我国投资项目评估的发展现状及存在问题作了系统分析 ,提出相应政策措施。

China is at present in a period of fast development of economy and shortage of fund is a very prominent problem. It is of primary significance to reform the decision-making mechanisms and employ scientific methods in investment project appraisal to the better utilization of the limited funds and the promotion of economic development. This paper analyzes the current status of China's investment project appraisal and the existing problems in it, and offers some policies to deal with them.
