摘要
加强和改进学生公寓管理是高等教育发展过程中高校后勤社会化改革必须研究的重要课题。在学生公寓管理过程中 ,必须充分重视其育人功能的发挥。这要求高校应该以建设先进文化为突破口 ,营造学生公寓良好的育人氛围。
How to reinforce and improve the management of students’ apartments is an important topic to be studied in the reform of socialization of rear service in universities and colleges. In the management of students’ apartments, focus should be placed on its educational function. Institutions of higher learning should give priority to the construction of an advanced culture and create a good environment for education.
