摘要
稀土永磁高效同步电动机的功率因数高,工作电流小,是新型节能的好设备。通过应用稀土永磁高效节能电动机替代效率低的80余台JO2系列电动机,取得了在浮选机上应用的可喜成效,从而降低了浮选工序的电耗,这也是选矿生产节电的一种有效途径。按现场实际操作连续运行情况下,稀土电动机单机小时平均节电1 962kW·h,每年可节省电费6992元,其投资回收期为7 5个月左右。
High-performance rare-earth permanent magnet synchronous motor is a new type of energy-saving equipment with high power factor and low working current.A good result in power saving of flotation machine has been brought since replacing 80 JO_2 motors of low-performance by the energy-saving motor.One hour run of a permanent synchronous motor results in energy saving of 1.962kW·h. Annual saving of power cost is 6992 Yuan RMB and investment payoff period is about 7.5 months.
