摘要
在新开发的纳米氧化锌应用中,大多是将氧化锌直接混入有机物中,而把氧化锌直接添加到有机物中有相当大的困难,因此必须对纳米氧化锌进行表面改性。以自制纳米氧化锌为原料,采用钛酸酯偶联剂为改性剂对其进行了表面改性处理。试验发现,改性剂用量是影响改性效果的最重要影响因素,且其用量远远超出普通粉体用量,最后找出了最佳改性条件。借助于TEM、IR等测试手段,对纳米氧化锌粉体改性前后的变化进行了表征与分析。试验结果表明,最佳改性条件为:改性剂用量为40%,改性时间约为30min。
In application of newly prepared nano-sized zinc oxide,it is directly added into organic compound mostly,which is difficult comparatively.So,it is indispensable that surface modification of nano-sized zinc oxide is done.The tests on surface modification of self-made nano-sized zinc oxide were carried out with titanate as coupling agent.Results indicate that the use level of coupling agent is the most important factor to influence the modification and its dosage is well over that needed for common powder.By means of IR and TEM,unmodified and modified nano-sized zinc oxides are investigated and the optimal modifying conditions are the agent dosage of 40% and modifying time of about 30min.
