论新时期高校信访工作

ON PETITION LETTER HANDLING IN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES IN THE NEW PERIOD

信访工作是领导机关联系群众、了解基层情况、获取信息的重要渠道 ,在维护高校稳定和促进发展方面起到了重要的作用 ,新形势下如何搞好高校信访工作 ,是当前信访工作的一个重点。本文从新时期高校信访工作的作用、产生的主要原因、特点、对策等方面对新时期高校信访工作进行了探讨。

As an important channel for the leading bodies to keep in contact with the masses, to learn the situations in the grass-roots units and to obtain information, the job of handling petition letters plays an important role in maintaining stability and promoting development in universities and colleges. This paper discusses the ways to improve the job of handling petition letters in universities and colleges under the situations in the new period.
