大学生就业问题的对策

PROBLEMS IN JOB-SEEKING FOR COLLEGE GRADUATES AND MEASURES FOR THEIR SOLUTION

高等教育规模扩大是社会发展的必然结果 ,大学生就业难问题不是扩招后的产物 ,只是经济转型中暂时的问题。本文分析了影响高校大学生就业主要因素、存在的矛盾 ,并从多方面提出应对策略。

The expansion of student enrollment in institutions of learning in China is the inevitable outcome of social development. The paper argues that the difficulties that college students have in their efforts to seek jobs upon graduation represent but a temporary problem in the transitional period of the society rather than the outcome of enrollment expansion. The main factors affecting employment of college graduates are discussed and a multi-faced strategy is offered to the solution of these problems.
