摘要
以铜精矿、金精矿和转炉渣为原料,混合入诺兰达炉进行富氧熔炼,探讨了在诺兰达炉中处理金精矿对工艺条件的影响。100kg级扩大试验表明,在富氧空气含氧35%~40%、Fe/SiO2=1.68时,熔炼效果较好,渣含铜1.22%,含金0.29g/t、银17.5g/t。
Copper concentrate is oxygen enriched co-smelted with gold concentrate and converter slag in Noranda furnace.The effect of gold concentrate on the process is discussed.The result of 100kg-level test shows that the Cu,Au,Ag in slag are 1.22%,0.29g/t and 17.5g/t respectively on the following conditions:35%~40%O_2, Fe/SiO_2=1.68.
