摘要
建立了钢铁原料矿粉混匀数学模型,采用MATLAB语言,分别用蚁群算法和改进型算法编制仿真计算程序,对原料矿混匀配比进行了优化计算。仿真结果表明,改进型蚁群算法比基本型算法的寻优能力强,而且优化计算结果可以直接用于生产,为钢铁原料矿粉混匀优化提供了定量依据。蚁群算法为钢铁原料矿粉混匀配料问题的优化求解提供了新的思路。
Ant colony algorithms are used in optimization of raw ore balanced-blending for smelting iron and steel in order to settle the gradual shortage of raw ore materials.Raw ore balanced-blending model is built.Simulation is made by improved ant colony algorithm with MATLAB.The simulation result shows that the improved algorithm does much better than ordinary algorithms do.The result is practical in production and provides quantitative support for raw ore balanced-blending problems.Further,the ant colony algorithm gives a new way for raw ore balanced-blending optimization problems.
