摘要
分析了采煤机的常见故障,一般出现在机械系统和液压系统;给出了现在常用的故障诊断方法,如温度监测诊断、铁谱分析法、故障诊断专家系统、基于人工神经网络的采煤机故障诊断系统,并指出了它们各自的局限性,再进一步预测了人工神经网络和专家系统相结合的智能故障诊断方法是将来的发展趋势。
It is considered from analysis of shearer faults that the faults of a shearer occur commonly in mechanical and hydraulic systems.The present methods of fault diagnosis include temperature monitor diagnosis,ferrograph analysis,fault diagnosis expert system and neutral-network-based fault diagnosis.In this paper,the limitations of these diagnosis methods are pointed out,and the development trend of shearer fault diagnosis is predicated.
