摘要
山西铝土矿中除主元素铝之外,尚含有丰富的REE、Sc、Nb、Ti、Ga、Li、Rb、V等元素。通过化学分析、显微镜和扫描电镜观察、人工重砂、强磁选、化学浸出等方法对原矿、赤泥和循环母液进行研究得出,这些伴生元素主要呈分散状态存在于一水硬铝石、高岭石等矿物中,不能用简单的选矿方法进行富集,也不能采用淋洗的方法处理。REE、Sc、Nb、Ti主要富集于赤泥中,而Ga、Li、Rb、V则主要富集于循环母液中,其综合利用应同主元素铝的利用结合起来。
Bauxite from Shanxi contains abundant rare and rare-earth elements except aluminum.The run-of-mine,red mud and circulating mother liquid are investigated,by use of such methods as chemical analysis,microscope,SME,heavy mineral,high-intensity magnetic separation and chemical leaching.It is concluded that these elements occur dispersively in diaspore and kaolinite,can't be both enriched by mineral dressing methods and extracted by hydrometallurgical process.REE,Sc,Nb and Ti are mainly in red mud and Ga,Li,Rb and V in circulating mother liquid.The comprehensive utilization of these elements must be combined with utilization of aluminum.
