摘要
呷村银多金属矿具有储量大、有价组分多和品位高的特点,但因矿石中各有价矿物间嵌布关系复杂和缺少工艺矿物学资料,此前进行的选矿试验未获理想结果。配合新一轮选矿试验,对原矿及各选矿产品进行的工艺矿物学研究,系统地查明了矿石中主要元素的赋存状态及分配,测定了原矿中有价矿物的粒度及其在不同磨矿细度条件下的解离度,阐明了选矿过程中各矿物的行为和影响选别的矿物学因素。所获研究结果,不仅有利于合理选矿参数的选择并因此获得了良好的金属回收指标,而且也可作为本矿进一步开发的基础矿物学资料。
Xiacun silver-polymetallic ore features large reserve,abundant and high-grade valuable elements.However,the metallurgical performance produced in previous mineral processing experiments is unsatisfactory as the complexity of mineral intergrowth and lack of process mineralogical data.For new mineral processing experiments,the investigation into process mineralogy of the run-of-mine ore and mineral processing products is carried out.The occurrence and distribution of primary valuable elements in this ore have been revealed.The particle sizes of the minerals and their liberations at different grinding finenesses have been determined.The behaviors of various minerals and mineralogical factors affecting the flotation have been explained clearly.The investigation results not only are favorable to reasonable selection of flotation parameters,thus getting high recoveries of metals,but also can be used as primary mineralogical data for further developing this ore.
