Developing the meadow and livestock farming during the process of carrying out the project to beautify the mountains and rivers has become the pillar industry of Yan'an, which would rectify the rural agriculture industrial structure, and would bring about a sustained, stable growth in the rural economy and the increase of farmer'income.To promote benefit and abolish harm and to quicken the pace of developing meadow and livestock farming with local conditions shacld first expand technique and technology innovation, which would be significant for promoting the ecological environment and solving the three peasants' questions in Yan'an City.
