Discussion on the Development of the Communicative Competence

交际能力是一个人运用语言手段(口语、书面语)和非语言手段(体势语、面部表情等)来达到某一特定交际目的的能力,它包括理解与表达两方面。培养学生的外语交际能力必须坚持语言原则、交际原则和文化原则。

Communicative competence includes linguistic competence and pragmatic competence that can be developed with the language ability. In order to develop students' communicative competence, three principles,linguistics, communication and culture,should be adhered to in teaching.
