摘要
当前价值观念多元化,不少大学生思想迷惘而混乱。因此,帮助大学生们明辨是非,提高道德判断力和自我教育能力,是当前高校德育和学生管理工作面临的新的课题。自我教育是道德教育的方法之一,是个人在道德修养上自觉能动性的表现。加强自我教育能力的培养,对于克服当前高校不利于培养大学生自我教育能力的管理模式,如"压制式"管理、"包办式"管理、"片面式"管理等带来的弊端,有着重要的现实意义。
Currently college students are facing multiple facets of value notions which cause puzzlement and confusion.Therefore,it is a new task for the moral advisors and college administrators to help students to make a clear distinction between right and wrong and to enhance their capabilities in moral judgment and self-education.This paper clarifies the definition of self-education and points out current administration modes such as 'suppress','do for' and 'unilateralism' modes are not good for fostering the college student's capability of self-education;reveals the importance and practical significance of self-education capability and proposes several countermeasures to enhance this capability in college students.
