摘要
军训是加强国防教育的需要,同时军训也是实现素质教育的重要环节、重要手段和有效形式。通过军训前打造"三位一体"、军训中坚持"三个培养"和军训后发扬"三种精神",实现军训与素质教育的有机结合。
Military training not only meets the needs of national-defense education,but also becomes an important stage and effective way to achieve the quality education.Military training is combined with quality education through the following three steps:to unite 'three elements into one' before the training;to carry out 'three cultivations' during the training;to display 'three spirits ' after the training.
