The core competition capability of universities uniquely owned by universities is a kind of internal capability resource which can bring the society and students unique utility and enable the universities to possess long-term competition advantages in one profession or community. According to the conditions of CSFU, for the purpose of promoting the core competition of the university, the paper elaborates major aspects such as development strategy, optimization of resource combination, establishment of famous majors and strategy union by internal absorbing and external cooperation, building-up of professional elite team, education quality warranty system and perfection of operational mechanism.
