永磁电动机网格自动剖分

摘要 有限元法是一种可以用来求复杂工程问题近似解的数值方法,而求解域的网格自动剖分技术有明显的实用价值。本文根据网格自动剖分的一般原则,阐述了稀土永磁直流电动机矩形槽三角形单元的自动剖分方法及相应的几个功能子程序,并利用Auto CAD绘图软件包方便的实现了网格数据检查和图形显示。 The finite element method is a numerical method which can be used for the accurate solution of complex enegineering problems. The automatic mesh generation obviously has a practical value in reducing errors and the time involved in data preparation. For two-dimen-tional problems,triangular elements are most widely employed to electromagnetic field.By using the finite element analysis method for two demensional case, the automatic mesh generation technique which combined with the specific motor is developed. The computer functional subroutines to implement this,are briefly described. The application results of this technique to a rare-earth permanent magnet d. c. motor with rectangle slots are presented, wich is displayed in the enviroment of Auto CAD software package conveniently.
