麝香保心分散片对高脂血症大鼠血脂和血液流变学的影响

Effects of Shexiangbaoxin Dispersing Tablets on the blood-lipid and hemorheology in hyperlipidemia rats

目的研究麝香保心分散片对高脂血症大鼠血脂、血液流变学及一氧化氮 (NO)的影响。方法建立高脂血症大鼠模型后给予麝香保心分散片 ,通过检测动物血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、血液流变学各项指标及NO水平。结果高脂饮食造成动物血清血脂含量显著增高 ,麝香保心分散片能明显降低高脂血症大鼠TC、TG、LDL、HDL ,降低全血黏度 (ηb)及全血还原黏度 (ηrb) ,并不同程度的降低红细胞刚性指数 (IER)、红细胞聚集指数 (IEA)、红细胞变形指数 (IED)、红细胞计数 (Rn)、电泳时间 (tE)及红细胞压积 (HCT)。同时升高NO含量。结论麝香保心分散片具有降血脂作用和改善血液流变学作用。

Objective To study the effects of Shexiangbaoxin Dispersing Tablets (SBDT) on the blood-lipid,hemorheology and nitrogen monoxide(NO) in hyperlipidemia rats.Methods Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein (LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),parameters of hemorheology and the contents of NO in serum were determined after the hyperlipidemia rats were established and administrated.Results Hyperlipidemia rats′ models were created by feeding hyperlipi-diet.The TC,TG,LDL,HDL were decreased remarkably,the parameters of hemorheology,blood viscosity,blood reduce viscosity,RBC aggregation index,RBC distortions index,RBC counts,RBC electrophoresis time,etc,were reduced and the contents of NO were increased obviously by SBDT,respectively.Conclusion The results show that SBDT can obviously decrease the blood-lipid and improve hemorheology in hyperlipidemia rats.
