摘要
针对缺乏虚拟环境下制造系统规划过程建模方法的研究现状,提出了规划单元的定义、工作原理,构建了具有3个层次的虚拟工厂规划过程模型:通用层、部分通用层以及专用层过程模型.以某汽车制造企业装配车间为实例,验证了该过程模型的有效性.
For lack of planning process modeling of manufacturing systems in virtual environment, this paper defines the planning cell, which is the basic unit of the planning, and discussed its principle and forming process, and offers a process modeling of virtual factory planning, which includes general layer, semi-general layer and special layer. Finally, as engineering example, a certain assembly line is used to illustrate the development process of manufacturing system, guided by the proposed process modeling. By this means, an effective method is provided for enterprise to implement the planning of real production system.
