摘要
民众评价活动通过众多个体评价活动的"无机方式"体现出来,具有盲目性。这就为民众领袖和权威机构对民众评价活动的误导提供了可能。由此引出民众评价活动中的"悖论"问题。言论自由是解决"悖论"的重要途径。
Popular consultation is embodied in a lot of 'unordered' individual judgments that features blindness, thus coming into being the paradox for the possible misleading populace of leaders or authorities. The settlement of the paradox depends chiefly on free speeches.
