摘要
重视人力资源开发是刺激经济增长、振兴中华民族之根本。探讨女性资源开发的必要性,特性和制约因素,重视广大女性在国家经济建设中不可替代的作用,是坚持男女平等、共同发展、共同受益原则,促进女性人力资源在经济发展中发挥"半边天"作用的关键。
The foundation of economic development and China rejuvenation is human resources. So we must think highly of the development of feminine resources, make an approach to its features and restrictive factors, insist on the equality between man and women, develop and benefit all together.
