球磨机磁性衬板是用橡胶包裹锶铁氧体永磁材料制成,安装在磨机筒体内壁上,借助磁力吸引矿石、介质等易磁化物质,在衬板表面形成一保护层,作为衬板的工作面,以延长其使用寿命。磁性衬板可提供最佳的经济效果。由于包括保护层在内的衬板总厚度比传统的衬板薄,因而增大了磨机内部的直径,使磨机通过量增加5%,电能节省6.6%。
Magnetic mill lining is a concept in which rubber covered strontium ferrite permanent magnets are arranged on the inside wall of a mill shell so that they attract magnetic susceptible materials such as ore, grinding media or tramp iron to form a protective layer over the magnets, resulting in an operating surface with longer life. Magnetic mill lining gives superior economy. The total lining thickness including the protective layer is much thinner than that of conventional mill lining, increasing effective mill diameter with a 5% increase in
throughput. Energy saving is proved up to 6.6%.
