摘要
通过汰选试验、交互抗性测定及离体酶系分析,研究了不同立体异构体组成的氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯对家蝇(Musca demestica vioina L.)抗性发展的影响表明,家蝇对氯氰菊酯比对氰戊菊酯抗性发展快,对含1种立体异构体的顺式氰戊菊酯和含2种立体异构体的顺式氯氰菊酯抗性发展更快。含8种立体异构体的氯氰菊酯选育的家蝇抗性品系,对含2种或4种立体异构体的氯氰菊酯,交互抗性更严重。其交互抗性程度与顺式α体的含量成正相关(72代时相关系数为0.9722,59代时为0.9770)。家蝇对不同立体异构体组成的氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯的抗性机制与酯酶、多功能氧化酶活性增强有关,与谷胱甘肽 S-转移酶关系不大。
Susceptible housefly reared in our labortory were selected by different stereomers of fenvel- erates,F_1(esfenvelerate),F_2(fenvelerate)and of cypermethrins,C_1(alphacypermethrin,with a cisa),C_4 (cypermethrin,with racemic mixture).The results showed that the resistance to C_1 and C_4 developed faster and the level were higher than to the corresponding F_1 and F_2.The resistance developed faster if the selec- tive chemical contains much more cisa isomer.The strain selected by C_4 developed higher resistance to oth- er cypermethrins(with less stereomer).In vitro enzyme assay showed that the hydrolysis and oxidative en- zyme activities of the resistant housefly elevated.
