Influence of Ways of Life and Psychological Behavior on Inferior Health

采用文献资料、访谈等方法,对现代社会诸多不良的生活方式和心理行为对亚健康的影响进行分析.研究结果表明:克服亚健康的根本对策,就是要建立健康的生活方式和行为,作者对此提出了几点建议.

By making use of documentary materials and interviewing experts, this paper concludes that psychological behavior and many bad ways of life of modern society have caused inferior health, but the basic countermeasure to be free from inferior health is the establishment of healthy ways of life and behavior, and offers some suggestions for doing so.
