摘要
用配备荧光检测器的反相高压液相色谱仪测定人牙和牙周组织标本中胶原分子间交联物—吡啶灵和脱氧吡啶灵,测量结果以pmol/mg干重表示。结果表明,在同一个体中硬组织的P含量是软组织含量的2~10倍,硬组织DP含量是软组织含量的4~17倍。硬组织的P/DP比率分别为2:1(牙槽骨)、6:1(牙本质)、7:1(牙骨质),而软组织的P/DP比率较高,分别为9:1(牙周韧带)、12:1(牙龈)。
Pyridinium cross-linkings of collagen in samples of dentin, cementum, alveolar bone, gingiva andperiodontal ligament were quantitated by ion-pair reversed phase performance liquid chromatography.Levels of pyridinoline (P) were 2-10 folds higher in hard tissues than that in soft tissues, levels ofdeoxypyridinoline (DP) were 4-17 folds higher in hard tissues than that in soft tissues from same su-bjects. Thc ratio of the two chemical variants of the mature crosslink, P to DP were 2:1 (bone), 6:1(dentin), 7:1 (cementum) respectively, whereas in periodontal ligament it was 9:1, in giniva it was12:1. This study demonstrated that pyridinium cosslinks not only present in dental hard tissues andalveolar bone, but also present in soft tissues as gingiva and periodontal ligament.
