摘要
采用腹腔注射抗血小板血清方法,建立了较理想的低血小板动物模型,利用该模型观察了番薯叶多糖制剂Ⅲ的升血小板作用,初步探讨了其作用机理。证明该多糖制剂有明显的升血小板作用,其作用机理之一是刺激血小板生成素的产生。
In this paper, we have made researches in the effect and mechanism of the polysaccharide prepar-ation from the leaves of lpomoea batatas (L.) Lam on platelet Count. An ideal thrombocytopenic ani-mal model has been established by intraperitoneal injection of antiplatelet serum (APS). We have fou-nd that this polysaccharide preparation increases the number of platelets and the level of thrombopoie-tin (TPO) evidently The results suggest that one important mechanism of the effect of this polysacch-aride preparation is closely associated with its stimulation on the production of thrombopoietin.
