摘要
心理训练是军人素质训练的1个重要方面,通过分析影响军事渡海登陆障碍训练的主要心理因素,提出提高学员心理素质的几种心理训练方法,以期为更好地开展渡海登陆训练提供有益的帮助。
Training of mind is one of the most important aspects in improving the physical ability of army persons. Intending to provide better methods for the training of crossing and landing. We think it necessary to carry out the following mind training programs after researching into the mind factors which may influence the training of passing through obstructions which is most necessary during the course of the crossing and landing.
