摘要
采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法,从后备人才的总量、梯队情况,教练员队伍现状,经费情况,竞赛体制等方面,对江苏省棒、垒球后备人才培养现状进行分析,并提出以高校为“龙头”,扩大培养规模,加快提高教练员水平,坚持体教结合多渠道办队等若干建议。
By the research methods of questionnaire, statistics, expert consultation, logic analysis, the present study has analyzed the current situation of the total amount of baseball and softball reserve talents ,the echelon construction, the coach ranks, funds situation ,the competitive systems in Jiangsu province. Based on the above-mentioned research , the essay put forward some relevant suggestions on taking colleges as the lead in expanding an cultivate of wide scope , raising the lever of the coach , persisting in the combination of sports with education , and running the baseball and softball team though many channels.
