摘要
通过对目前我院后勤管理及职工存在的问题进行分析,提出人事制度、分配制度等管理制度变革的对策,并抓住当前少数职工思想存在的问题进行剖析,亦提出相应对策,为我院后勤的社会化提供借鉴。
The article analyses some problems on logistic service in NIPE. It puts forward some counter measures to reform the personal administration and an unfair distribution. It also analyses some problems on impurity ideology of a few workers and makes measures to solve them in order to provide a salutary lesson of socialization.
