摘要
研究了外加剂对磷铝酸盐与硅酸盐熟料复合水泥早期水化行为的影响规律。通过测定净浆试体抗压强度 ,以及采用显微电泳仪测量Zeta电位、分光光度计测量硬化浆体在水溶液中的Ca2 + 、[AlO4]5-离子溶出浓度 ,分析外加剂对磷铝酸盐与硅酸盐熟料复合水泥的早期水化行为的影响规律。研究结果表明 :随着外加剂掺量的增加 ,试体强度、ζ电位、Ca2 + 、[AlO4]5-离子溶出浓度的变化规律均为 :先下降 ,而后上升达到最大值 ,之后又开始下降。说明以上三者之间有很好的相关性 ,通过测试ζ电位、Ca2 + 。
The influences of additive on the early hydration behavior of the composite cement of phosphoaluminate and Portland clinkers are investigated.By testing the compressive strength,zeta potential and the concentrations of Ca 2+、[AlO 4] 5-ions, we analyzed the rules that additive affects on the early hydration behavior of the composite cement.The results show that ,with the increasing of additive,the compressive strength,zeta potential and the dissolved concentration of Ca 2+、[AlO 4] 5-ions have the same changing law,i.e.,first dropping,then rising and reaching maximum value,and finally beginning to decline again,which indicates that the above three have a good correlation.The early strength of the composite cement can be predicted by measuring zeta potential and the dissolved concentration of Ca 2+、[AlO 4] 5-ions.
