摘要
消费者维权艰难是我国企业失信的减压阀。这表现在:维权法制不完善,消费者维权缺依据;渠道不畅成本高,消费者受损没商量;意识淡薄素质低,消费者自保无能力。要铺平消费者维权之路,必须完善消费者维权法规,供给消费者维权依据;必须疏通消费者维权渠道,提高消费者维权效率;必须提高消费者维权意识,增强消费者自保能力。
It is the relief pressure valve that the enterprise of our country broke one's promise that consumer's safeguarding the rights is difficult. This shows: The legal system of safeguarding the rights is not perfect, consumer's safeguarding the rights lacks the basis; Lacking as smooth Channels and with high costs; shattered to discuss consumer channel;nodiscussion apout consumer's inpaired right;low qualty and faint conscicnsness;incapabicty of consamers self protection,If one wanted to pave consumer's way of safeguarding the rights, one must perfect consumer's regulation of safeguarding the rights ,Pronde the basis for consumer's safeguarding the rights one muth smooth the channed of marntaing the cansumer's rights,improve the officieny of prorecting consumer's rights one should rarse the consciousness of prote concumer's ringts.strengthen consumer's self-protection ability .
