摘要
以LAPS为基础 ,研究高分辨率光扫描型二维pH图象传感器及其测量系统 ,重点研究了传感器的芯片材料与测试条件对传感器输出光电压的影响 ,并给出优化参数。在此基础上对溶液二维pH值分布进行了测量 ,并给出溶液pH值二维分布的灰度图。
The main work is to research high resolution light scanning two-dimension pH image sensor based on EIS structure,and use this sensor measuring system to measure the two-dimension distribution of pH value of the solution. The structure of sensor chip and the system to realize the measure for pH value,the effects of measurement conditions on output photovoltage for the sensor are studied mainly.Based on all above work, the two-dimension distribution of the pH value of the solution is measured and the map of two-dimension pH distribution of the certain solution can be drawn in different gray levels.
