摘要 主动式人体电流感觉阈值 (CurrentPerceptionThreshold简称CPT)测量是一种对人体感觉神经功能进行定量评估的新颖手段。CPT与现有手段sNCV相比所具有的优势 ,说明了CPT的基本原理和实现方法 ,实验结果表明 ,人体电流感觉阈值测量系统 ,对于同一被试具有很好的可重复性 ,并有无创 ,方便的特点 ,有很好的应用前景。 Active testing of human current perception threshold (CPT) is a new method for evaluating the function of human sensory nerve. This paper reviews the advantages of the CPT method compared to the sNCV and also describes the principles and how to implement the CPT system. Experiments utilizing the CPT system for human current perception threshold testing was performed. The result and analysis of the experiments illustrate that the CPT system can obtain repeatable data for one subject. And the testing procedure is non-invasive and easy to operate.
