Research and Making Comprehensive Test System of the PTCR Characters

针对PTCR生产中特性测试的需要 ,研制了计算机控制的PTCR耐电压耐电流自动测试系统。采用PC机和单片机测控系统实现了一套PTCR综合性能测试系统 ,能实现PTCR阻温特性 ,不动作特性和动作特性测试综合测试。为PTCR生产中特性测试提供了一种有效的自动化手段。

The characteristics of PTC resistance are introduced. To counter the demand of characteristic in PTCR producing, the computer controlled PTCR character comprehensive test system is developed. This system adopts PC, MCU test and control sets and achieves asynthetic testing of the resistance and temperature curves, PTCR action and inaction properties. This system provides an efficient automatic method to PTCR characters testing in PTCR producing.
