摘要 研究了采用环氧树脂来提高沥青使用性能的方法 .通过比较有无采用高速剪切分散制成沥青材料的微观结构 ,确定了制备改性沥青材料时的合理方法 .对研制材料的拉伸性能进行检测表明 :其抗拉强度最高达 1 .78MPa,断裂延伸率最高达到 2 4 1 .61 % ,满足环氧树脂改性沥青材料的要求 .由马歇尔实验确定了混合料的最佳油石质量比 ,并按该比例制成复合梁进行了疲劳实验 ,复合梁在疲劳实验中表现出良好的抗疲劳性能 ,耐疲劳次数可达 1 2 0 A method that improves the properties of asphalt through adding epoxy resin was studied. The feasible method of preparing modified asphalt was determined by observing the microstructure of the asphalt materials obtained with or without high speed dispersion. Mechanical properties of the material were tested and the results show that the tensile strength and rupture elongation can reach 1.78 MPa and 241.61% respectively. Through Marshall experiment the best oil-stone proportion was determined. Fatigue test of the combined beam prepared with the best oil-stone proportion was carried out. The results show that the fatigue resistance of the combined beam is high, enduring more than 12 million cycles.
