摘要
从机理和工艺两方面分析了导致回转窑煅烧石灰出现结圈的原因,提出了抑制结圈的措施,获得了较好的抑制效果,结圈周期由5～7d延长至10～20d。
The causes of ring formation in rotary lime kilning are analyzed from the perspectives of mechanism and technology,and measures for inhibiting ring formation are put forward.After the proposed measures are applied,the ring formation circle has extended from 5～7 days to 10-20 days.
