摘要
采用氯氧镁水泥为结合剂制备铝镁质无碳不烧砖,研究了MgCl2·6H2O和镁砂含量对材料物理性能的影响。结果表明,氯氧镁水泥能明显提高不烧砖(110℃×24h和1600℃×3h)耐压强度;随着镁砂含量的增加,不烧砖高温下低熔相量减少,镁铝尖晶石生成量增加,材料的组织结构变疏松,常温耐压强度逐渐降低。材料中镁砂的最佳加入量为10%~12%。
Using magnesium oxychloride cement as binder,carbon-free unburnt alumina magnesia based brick is prepared.Effects of MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O and magnesia on physical properties of brick are studied in this paper.The results show that magnesium oxychloride cement can improve cold crushing strength(110℃×24h,1600℃×3h) of unburnt brick significantly.With the increase of magnesia content,liquid phase content in brick decreases at high temperature and spinel formation increases which further leads to loosening and gradually lowered strength of brick.It is concluded that the optimum amount of magnesia is 10%~12%.
